(AHCCMS) is to provide the highest quality and state of the art services, with a focus on consumers with multiple issues/disabilities, who are considered difficult to serve.  The company promotes the integrity, the self-reliance and the well being of each consumer.  This vision is best achieved through a dedication to recognizing each individuals personal strengths and needs and building an individual plan for maximizing on those strengths and meeting those needs.
